Client Perspectives
From counsel & leadership
Anonymized to protect client confidentiality.
For our board, the key issue was confidence. Law & Forensics gave us a defensible, independent assessment of the mobile evidence so we could make decisions based on facts rather than speculation.
The difference was credibility. Law & Forensics did not overstate the evidence. They explained the acquisition, the artifacts, the limitations, and the conclusions in a way counsel, executives, and decision-makers could rely on.
Law & Forensics gave us more than a technical review. They gave us a litigation-ready analysis that helped us assess risk, prepare witnesses, challenge unsupported conclusions, and communicate the evidence to nontechnical stakeholders.
In our matter, the phone evidence sat at the intersection of cybersecurity, employment, privacy, and litigation. Law & Forensics was able to connect those disciplines and provide a clear path forward.
