Daniel B. Garrie founded Law & Forensics and leads its digital forensics and cybersecurity practice. He serves as a neutral and arbitrator at JAMS and has been appointed by courts as a forensic neutral and special master in complex technology and digital-evidence disputes. He has testified and consulted as an expert across civil, criminal, and regulatory matters involving mobile and digital evidence, and teaches and writes widely on digital forensics, eDiscovery, and technology law.
